Metric Definitions & Operating Rules
Forecast Discipline
Open pipeline excludes Won and Lost. The forecast horizon includes expected close dates from today through the selected end date, Eastern time. Undated and slipped deals are excluded and disclosed. Stage weights: New Lead 10%, Contacted 25%, Qualified 50%, Proposal Sent 75%. Commit is a rep-entered classification; best case includes Commit and Best Case. These views overlap and must not be added.
Win rate uses deals with an actual close date in the last 30 calendar days. Missing amounts are excluded from sums and disclosed. Estimated margin uses only deals with both value and estimated cost. It is not audited gross profit.
Live Data & Delivery
Monday is the source of truth. Make publishes an authenticated, allowlisted snapshot every 15 minutes; this page checks it every 60 seconds. Refresh Data fetches the latest published snapshot, not a direct Monday query. A publication older than 30 minutes is flagged.
Capacity compares remaining available hours with pending won handoffs plus weighted prospective delivery hours inside the selected close-date horizon. It assumes all that work needs delivery within the horizon, a planning stress test. Accepted deals are already included in existing commitments. Available hours are prorated by calendar days for shorter horizons, assuming uniform availability. Expired or insufficient capacity windows and missing demand estimates are unverified. No customer emails or production actions are triggered here.
